What are your shipping prices?
We offer free shipping on most order over $49.00. Orders of $48.99 or less are just $7.95.
Why do some items require additional shipping and handling?
Some items simply require quite a bit extra to ship. On those items we simply charge an applicable surcharge to cover the insurance, packaging, or other related handling charges incurred. We do this to help avoid limiting our selection. You may also place an order for these items as “Will Call” and pick them up at our store as an alternative.
I want 2nd day or overnight shipping. Why do I have to call?
To ensure we can offer the best possible price and service, we’ve found it best to use quoting for these options.
Can I return items to the store in person that we purchased online?
Yes! If you happen to live or frequent the area, we will gladly work with you on handling an online purchase return at our store.
Do you charge tax?
Items purchased and shipped within the State of Texas require an %8.25 tax applied to them. Orders shipped to outside of Texas are tax free. If your order's shipping address is in Texas, you will be charged the applicable tax.
Why don’t I see an item I’ve seen in-store?
Most likely the item is either temporarily unavailable, has been discontinued, or has not made it into our online catalog as yet. Please feel free to contact us to verify or to place an order.
